They are family owned and operated, and very helpful and friendly. You can literally have a piece of furniture custom made to your size, style, and comfort. When the piece of furniture is about ready, you go into the factory for a comfort test and they have your piece of furniture there with several seating/comfort options. It is amazing! The furniture is also very high quality and hand made, down to the hand tied springs. The office employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help you with any job at all, no matter how small. The factory is very busy with hand carvers on site as Moyes also makes cabinetry. We have had several pieces redone throughout the years and we are very satisfied and comfortable working with them!!
