The first time that I went to BC Stone no one was willing to help me. My contractor told me who to ask for so the first thing I did was ask for this person Karly or Kary. I was completely ignored. I walked in the display area and finally found another office. When I asked the woman behind the counter if she could help me find the sales rep she was flustered and told me that she was busy. When she saw the look on my face she offered to call the rep over the speaker. No one ever showed. I finally wandered around and found her myself. I stood there for at least 20 min while she was helping someone else. She had long brownish hair and finally someone walking by said "hi Karla". Anyway, she should have at least acknowledged my presence, which she did not. Then I took off and started to wander around. I saw her run up to me while talking to another client on the phone.
She was unprofessional and disorganized, and the slab yard has inferior product (I could tell by the polish and finish). They apparently bring their stones from China, need I say more. Oh and don't bother having the sales manager do any work. His name is Fabian and he was rude & lazy. He tried to push some slab that had holes drilled in it. Then he told me I could only see the 1st three slabs of a total of 6. He said they were all the same, clearly if 1 has holes and the other does NOT, then they are NOT all the same. I asked him why I couldn't see all of them and he told me that it was too " COSTLY...the cost of labor and electricity was too much to move the slabs". I was floored...he left to get someone to move the slabs and never came back. I waited for over 45 min. When I went to find him it was 4:50 pm. His meeting was at 5:00. He was helping someone who was buying several slabs, which is clearly priority, right?. I stood there just sickened by his carelessness and lack of respect. Needless to say I will NEVER shop there! And Fabian just let a 1/2 million dollar/year purchaser walk out the door. I work for a large company and last year our total receipts were $572,880 in stone purchases. I'm the buyer for a medium size OC company in the developing/building business.
So 2 days later, after deciding on the stone that I wanted, I went to another yard in Anaheim called MSI who has better selection. They (MSI) import their material from Brazil, Spain, India. They were helpful and strict at the same time. I could tell that they don't sell to just anyone claiming that they're a contractor. The guy had to prove he was a licensed contractor.
Buyer beware for certain. There are other places to buy stones so do your due diligence and shop around. Don't waste your time at Best Cheer stone, they are awful, stay away.
There are many places that will give you the attention you deserve. This is not one of them.
They are disorganized, unhelpful, and we looked at both kitchen cabinets and granite.
One person can't help with both. Expect to wait! Then when you are shown the cabinets, what you want will not be in stock. It will need to be special ordered, and you know how long that takes from China!
Their granite is poor quality, and if you need more than one slab, you will have a hard time finding a grain match.
I say, Take your business elsewhere!
They are set up as a wholesaler. You must have a contractor to get pricing. best prices around on stone and cabinets
I was going do this the first time visited Best Cheer Stone Inc, in Anaheim. I went there with my contractor. I was very impressed with the personal service that we received from Sylvia. She was with us during the time we were there, she was patient and helpful. We agreed upon a granite that my contractor had pre-selected for us. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to go back today Again Sylvia was there to help us select yet another granite. She personally walked me through several isles of granite with the colors that I had in mind. When we saw the one we wanted, Sylvia had a couple of the men lift one piece, so that we could see the one behind it, to see how they went together. I can't thank her enough for taking her time to provide excellent customer service not only this time, but also the first time we were there. I believe we purchased a great granite and received great service. I will be happy to recommend Sylvia and Best Cheer to my friends and family. Thank you!

They have very bad service. The quality on their material is good but you actually have to find help yourself. There are many workers who see you walking by yourself and dont evej bother to ask if you need any help. The receptionist are lazy and rude they dont bother to show you around or to help you find your sale rep.

The service was good but the supervisors seem to be rude with thier employes and also look to be in a rushed manner. I seen one supervisor using foul language and using rude vocabulary to communicate with his workers, he also seemed to be giving commands but was doing nothing himself but talking with other Spanish speaking companions that were having they're truck loaded. Other than that I would say my sales person alma was great and the people loading me were very friendly and were patient even when they had the man yelling at them.
great experience, very knowledgeable staff, nice selection
