Wanted to tell whoever is in charge how grateful I am for the customer service I got from AVIS. I accepted the low priced tune-up offer. Your tech said I should get a coil which I kinda knew. As a part time teacher I'm not rolling in the dough. However, I decided to finance the coil as I had difficulty sleeping at nite because the air conditioning unit was so noisy.

AVIS dispatched a top technician to work on the problem, which was rather thoughtful as I imagine there were complete and bigger jobs he could be working on. He stayed until my unit was fixed and running noise free, replacing just a few parts that were necessary rather than a whole unit..

They really have superior customer service and they didn't take advantage of me. I'll let my co-workers, neighbors and friends know about them.

Do not fall for low service fees!



We had a call from them for annual furnace cleaning for reasonable price of $79. Unfortunately we had the most unpleasant experience of dealing with a service provider. Their tactic is to scare you to go with unneeded and expensive repairs. Luckily we ignored their advice and upon a further inspection by an honest provider we found out that our system was in perfect working condition.

Be sure to let them know if you have 2 AC systems, so that they do not make you wait around all day and later find out that they will NOT service your AC because they DO NOT service homes with 2 AC systems ,"It is too time consuming."
