This correspondence is intended to let you and others in management positions know that Oscar in Customer Service did an excellent job in scheduling a service technician to come to my home to inspect the stationary window over the master-bath shower.
Pudge, the Service Technician, who came to assess the necessary repair/replacement of the window and later made the repair is truly to be commended for his professionalism and the manner in which he performed his duties.
I would hope that this correspondence would be made a permanent document in these employees personnal folders.
Anlin Industries is to be commended for its very professional and knowledgeable staff it has in its employ.

My apologies for this delayed note of appreciation and thanks for your quick response to the cracking of one of my large windows. As we discussed, while sitting at dinner we heard a cracking sound and soon discovered one of our stationary panels had shattered into hundreds of pieces. Thankfully, your workman came right away and replaced it for labor cost only. He completed the task in one hour. So thank you and to Anlin. This is a first class customer service, timely response, and first class workmanship. We remain completely satisfied with both your product and now your exemplary service!
