Too bad the only way to share this experience involves giving it a star in the rating.

My daughter-in-law has ovarian cysts- among other health issues- and is in a lot of pain most of the time. This morning it was particularly painful. We were all worried that one may burst. So, I drove her and my son to the nearest emergency room.

I left them so I could pick up my grandson from school, but when we returned to pick them up, she was in tears. The physician would only do a blood test (useless in her case), and instead advised her to check herself into rehab. Since she is not an addict by ANY definition, we are assuming that he made his assumptions about her because of her ink, piercings, and hair coloring.

When they asked a nurse where they can complain, the nurse asked, "was it Dr Wali?" No kidding. Apparently, he had treated her daughter that way, too, and she was once a dissatisfied client as well. Her language had become more colorful at this point,which was not the least bit unwelcome by those in agreement. In other words, everyone.

Good news is she called the medical center in her old neighborhood (Huntington Beach) and they treated her immediately.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Phyllis Sneider is in charge of shoveling B.S. to anyone who complains, such as in the case of Skin D'Amour Day Spa, which is housed within the hospital. The manager of that spa, Vivien O'Yang, is getting complaints for ripping off job applicants by having them drive out to her home on Andy Place in Riverside and siphoning free services off them. Sneider schmoozes you and then laughs it off. Just read all the horrible reviews of this place and how Sneider is always lying and backpedaling as she simultaneously shovels the bull.

While visiting Disneyland my daughter became very sick and we had to rush her to Anaheim regional medical center, the staff was so nice . The nurses and doctors were very attentive and got her fixed up and back to Disneyland
