ABC Traffic Programs would never exist if it weren't for court mandated DUI classes, as they provide no value to individuals or society, except for a few jobs for incompetent workers (like Jasmine) who wouldn't last a week at McDonalds. They are apparently only interested in money, which is evidenced by their dishonest business practices (double charging for missed classes, etc). One day, they didn't even have anybody in the office who spoke fluent English. Pathetic!
