NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE.
Was scheduled to come and do my packing on 1/21/2016; instead they showed up on 1/20. Without my knowledge or approval, they charged my cc $3677.62; and again on 2/25 the balance of $3532.29 (this is after they promised NOT to charge my cc BEFORE the move was done). My estimate for the move was $5738.05. The total on my cc (while my things were still in transit) was $7209.91. Was told my things would arrive between 2/16 and 2/24. They came on 2/27. During this time they could not tell me the whereabouts of my things. My daughter-in-law spoke with a dispatcher name Byril who could not tell her anything about my properties; when asked to talk with another dispatcher (Charles), Byril hung up the phone on her.
They broke my coffee table (cost, $600), a collectible box (approx. cost $30) in addition, a horse figuring and a perfume bottle. They sent me a check for $60.60 - ($48.00 for my coffee table and $12.60 for my box). My table was.appraised in 1993 for $1500.
I would NEVER do business with this company again even if they were the only moving company.
