I lived here for two years (2008 - 2010) and never had any major issues. My apartment was clean and bright from day one. The administrative and maintenance staff were always friendly and quick to respond to any problems I had (which were few and far between). Plowing and salting the sidewalks/parking lot was always done by the time I needed to leave in the morning (8:30 AM), which I appreciated. When I moved out, I got my full security deposit back in a timely manner and without any hassle. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the laundry room in the basement was a little creepy and only had like one or two washers and a dryer for about twelve units to share. But there is a decent laundry mat less than two minutes down the road, so it wasn't a huge deal. If I were to move back to the area, I would live at Peppertree Village again without a second thought.
