Absolute worst customer service you will ever experience. I bought a John Deere lawn tractor there last summer. Ran ok for 7 hours of use, then all of a sudden the rear tire goes flat - no nail or puncture, just won't hold air. I call the dealer to ask about the 2-year warranty they gave me and he said tires are excluded. So they come to fix it and then charge me $150 to fix one tire. When I ask what's wrong, they said the tires don't come with inner tubes when you buy them, those are separate, so they put a new tube in it - huh?
So then I contact John Deere directly about the warranty, and they say yes, the tires are covered under a separate warranty from the general warranty, but they are also covered by a 2-year warranty. I all Nashua Outdoor Power and they give me lip and refuse to refund the $150 they should not have charged me for fixing something clearly covered under the separate warranty.
Then the tractor sits, unused, in my garage for a couple of months over the winter, and what do you know, now both rear tires go flat. I call Nashua Outdoor Power again for repair, give them a copy of the warranty, and they say yes, they'll honor it this time. They fix both tires, and now they tell me that the reason they went flat is because they put the wrong size inner tubes in originally. But then they tell me there is an $82 charge for this repair. I point out (again) that the tires are covered under the warranty, and now their answer is that the inner tubes are not part of the tire, so they're not covered under the tire warranty. I point out that that argument doesn't help them, because the only thing the general 2-year warranty excludes is the tires - so if the inner tubes aren't covered under the tire warranty, then they're covered under the general warranty.
So what do you think happens next? Then the guy changes his story and tells me that no, the repair guy was mistaken, the problem wasn't that they put the wrong size tubes in, it was actually because they found nails in the tires. Funny how a tractor that hasn't been used since the first time they fixed it could pick up a nail in each tire, just sitting in the garage. But I'm sure if I would have asked to see the nails they would have put a couple in.
The moral of this story is that you should run, not walk, away from this place as fast as you can. But any lawn equipment at Home Depot; you'll be treated much better there. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The service was terrible -- my L110 was not getting fuel when blade was engaged. Called their service line and they came to pickup. I changed the spark plug, air filter, fuel filter and did an oil and filter change myself. So when I called I asked them to check the carburetor. 2 weeks later I get a call that it's fixed and all they needed to do was add about a quart of oil.....the next time I ran the mower I got about 20 min of good power and then same issue with the power of motor. They came back to get it and turns out the tip of the solenoid broke off in carburetor and the needed to replace (what a surprise). They charged me for both jobs but had the decency to cut 1/2 of the 2nd pickup cost. When I reminded them that they never fixed it the first time they were quick to point out how generous the 1/2 off charge was and that they didn't want to "lose money on the delivery". Unreal. Not only will I never do business there again I will advise anyone in the area to avoid them and their horrible service. What a shame when you try to do business with a local shop instead do a big box retailer. I am unbelievably disappointed.
