All of the staff at AO are incredibly kind and knowledgable. They are very well organized, accommodating and their waiting room offers electronic games to keep everyone happy (although I never wait long to get into my appointment).

Everybody was friendly and welcoming! I liked how the staff made sure my daughter understood the whole process and answered all of her questions. Outstanding!
