Moved into a 2 Bedroom at Riverside Park about a month ago. Excellent office staff and maintenance personnel. Very responsive. All neighbors are very polite and easy-going. Will probably be staying here long term, just because I've dealt with other horrible property management companies in the area (Eaglecrest) in the past that were unresponsive to maintenance issues and kept my security deposit without reason. I feel a lot of what you pay for in these places is the quality of the management company and how you are treated by them. I would gladly pay more for first class management, even though my Kamins apartment is less expensive (and NICER!) than the one I had to put up with at Eaglecrest. Also Kamins lest you terminate your lease at anytime! Where else let's you do that? Talk about professional, these guys are the real deal. Do yourself a favor-rent from Kamins!

I am a current tenant of Kamins Real Estate. I am proud to say that I have just entered my 7th year with them. They are a great company to rent from. Very responsive to needs, and requests. The management team is top notch, and the best there is. They have a variety of size units, with different prices to match your needs. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a nice apartment. The owner is highly involved in every aspect of the business, so you always receive the assistance you need, and he is just a phone call away. I currently share a house with 2 other apartments, and I have never had any issues with any neighbors. We have all developed great friendships.
