Priscilla had been my elderly mother's attorney for ten years. In January 2015, my mother's health rapidly declined and her doctor told the family that our mother had a year or so to live. For 21 months, I drove from NH to MA 3-4 days a week to care for my mother. I kept Priscilla advised about my mother's declining condition.

In January 2014, Priscilla and my mother made a "Family Caregiver Contract" because my mother wanted two of her daughters to care for her and not a stranger. We signed the legal document.

I kept track of all my time - over 250 days @5-6 hours a day - and when my mother's memory failed, I asked Priscilla to honor the contract. I received an email from her stating that she was no longer my mother's attorney. I was appalled that she would not honor the contract because signed contracts are valid and binding.

I'm very disappointed that Priscilla abandoned my 94-year old mother who is in stage 5 of kidney failure and is dying.

I'm not sure if she is business any longer. I have not heard from her in over 1 month while she is working on a Mass Health application for my deceased mom. I have tried repeatedly to contact her via email, phones, texts and driving to her office. And I have a hearing in a few days and not sure what is happening.
