My dog got injured over the weekend and Dr. Felz rushed in to take care of her when I couldn't get ahold of anyone else. He was so caring, so compassionate. He treated us with so much respect. He will now always be my veterinarian and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great vet in Ames!
