I went in to have my roots touched up, as my highlights had grown out. When they were finished with them, there was still at least an inch of visibile root growth. I was really disappointed not only in their lack of skill, but also the customer service was very poor, as the staff treated me with complete disrespect. Ill never return and would not recommend them to anyone.
