The car and staff were very nice, but it is located in the most inconvenient place possible. You basically need a car to rent a car. Previous location was more accessible.

I rent from Ames Enterprise for both business and personal use. I've tried others in town and no one can compare to the personal service I get from Ames Enterprise! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are met!

Rented a mini van for girl scout weekend. Was offered an upgrade with not much of an extra cost. Got to drive a brand new Tahoe. LOVED it. The girls LOVED it. We felt pretty special, I tell ya. Great service, friendly as well.

I rent a lot of cars from Ames Enterprise and I always have great experiences. The staff is very personable and they work to get me exactly the car I want. They are always very busy so I often have to wait a few minutes for service but when it is my turn, they are always focused on my needs.

Very nice vehicle. And nice customer service. Could be a bit faster but otherwise it would be 5 stars.
