I went into the Ames office today and had my exam. The doctor gave me antibiotics to get my infection gone before they can takr care of my tooth. Everyone was so nice. They took me up to Bailey and she explained everything and asked me what I wanted. I have never been treated so well before and am happy to go see Bailey especially at my appointment next week. Be aware of the blond hair business woman though. By the looks of her she's not in this office often and she talks down to you like you're a child. I found it disrespectful. I also noticed she snapped at the staff when they were only trying to keep patients happy.

My first visit was OK. I went in had xrays done the nurse wasn't very nice about it since I kept gagging. Saw the doctor was told I needed teeth removed. Saw the financial department and had my teeth cleaned. That nurse was nice and cranky. My next visit was to have my teeth removed when the doctor came in he told me I was scheduled for 5 teeth to be removed but I was actually supposed to get 7 they left off the two teeth that were bothering me. They did go ahead and took out those teeth as well but told me it was going to add to the cost. When I got the bill it didn't add to my bill but I got a letter later on saying they over charged me by $500 my mind was blown by that alone was not happy with their service.

I had a really pleasant visit to this office! They explained everything clearly and got me started right away. I will be spreading the word about this office. Thank you Aspen Dental!

I got my teeth cleaned at Aspen and I have to say it was one of the best places I have ever been to. The staff was very nice and did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. Also when I had a problem with my insurance the management staff helped me figure out the problem and worked with me to make sure I got my coverage. Thanks guys!

This office treats people like they're family.

Fantastic experience and great staff. Not a traditional dental setting so you may have to wait for awhile but they will get you taken care of and treat you like a human being. The last dentist I visited chastised me for the state of my teeth. Dr. Parker was honest and focused on fixing my issues not making me feel like an idiot for allowing my teeth to get this bad. Well worth the wait in my opinion.

Do not go there! Horrible dentists. High pressure sales tactics to get you to buy services you dont need or cant afford. My husband went in for routine exam and cleaning. 70 minutes later he walked out. All they'd done was take a bunch of xrays and try to get him to sign up for $2800 more work. Total crock!!
