Our menu includes a variety of items to please even the most particular BBQ connoisseurs. We always use real backyard barbecue techniques. All of our meat is cooked in the smoker, basted with the Rib City signature BBQ sauce, and then slow-cooked over hard woods. You'll notice a distinctive Rib City BBQ flavor.

No matter where you live - - - drive to Rib City if you want THE BEST ribs you've ever had !!!!!!! Service is great and the staff are friendly and professional. Tony Roma's, Pat's, Sugarhouse barbeque, etc etc all great but RIB CITY is THE BEST FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely loved it... ! the best ribs west of the mississippi!... so tender!! and the variety of bbq sauces! yum! ( definately no forks needed )
