We had a complete roof put on about 10 years ago. There was always a spot that leaked. The owner came out several times and never fixed it. Finally within the last year he fixed it. He quoted us a price but never billed us. While on our roof he told us the ridge vent needed to be replaced. The one he installed had been recalled by the manufacturer. He quoted us a pretty stiff price to replace it. If it was recalled he should inform us and replace it. Now I’ve found another leak. The roof we replaced had been on the roof for probably 20 years or more. Maybe more like 30 and now 10 years or so in were looking at the very least repairs. Very unhappy with this roof. I don’t recommend Stuart Conrad roofing.
