AWESOME!! Finally...we found a great contractor/handyman...Jason and Tim are very professional, courteous, respectful, personable and aim to please. They installed a metal hardtop canopy and fixed a down spout for us and their results were Perfect! Their price was very fair...and their attitude is so positive and ambitious about you and how they can help! I built an addition 3 years ago. The builder did not build it right and my roof sheathing was rotting at the bottom and i had an unexplained roof leak. Handyman For Less was able to repair the structure without rebuilding roof with the creative use of flashing and gutter guard. They also located the cause of my roof leak. The chimney on the old part of house was in bad shape. It was close enough to addition that water traveled to addition so thats why i thought it was addition roof. They took pictures so i could see. My chimney was literally falling apart. They did something to the chimney and which i think stopped the water but they said it is only temporary and i have to get my chimney can not be repaired. It would have to be rebuilt but they don't do that work. I am just glad to finally learn the leak was from old chimney and not from roof of addition. They even fixed my bi-fold closet door too while they were here. I highly recommend this outfit. Professional, easy to deal with and took the time to explain to me what was going on in terms i understood. The price was more then fair. I just wish they built chimneys because i am dreading having to get someone else to do it.
