Brothers Domenic and Ugo Crivelli, born in Sant' Eufemia a Maiella Pr., Pescara, Italy, founded Avelli Construction in 1981. Since then, the Avelli name has become synonymous with quality construction and old-world craftsmanship. The company specializes in two major areas: 1. Custom concrete work for the commercial and residential markets. 2. Pre-cast concrete manufacturing of architectural, industrial and statuary products. Avelli designs and builds driveways, sidewalks, garden paths, patios, steps, walls and much more. Customers keep passing the word along and coming back year after year. Avelli owners and employees extend their thanks to their loyal customers for their support which has allowed the business to grow and prosper. This growth necessitated the branching of Avelli Construction into Avelli Construction Corporation (A.C.C.) and Avelli Manufacturing Corporation (A.M.C.) Avelli Manufacturing Corporation began in Kennedy Twp., PA in 1991 to produce the finest in statues, ornamental pieces and decorative pre-cast concrete products. Goals were to manufacture a complete and diverse line of pre-cast concrete items. This began with the ornamental market supplying to nurseries, flower shops and landscapers. Since then, many steps have been taken toward the commercial and architectural market. As the business grew, it soon became necessary to relocate to a larger facility. In 1994, A.C.C. and A.M.C. moved into a 6,000 sq. ft. facility that enabled us to update and expand capacity to include a 15-yard per hour continuous pour mixer. This ensures A.M.C. in maintaining a consistent production of the finest quality of concrete products. This unique, low-cost capability has provided a competitive edge. With an expanding selection of molds, A.M.C. has mastered the trade experience and capabilities to deliver new products.
