PARS Manufacturing Company is a manufacturer of gaskets and other high-temperature sealing products. The modern history of PARS began in 1942. However, the company owes its management style and philosophy to James H. Plummer Sr., who acquired the company in 1967. PARS Manufacturing s products are used in virtually every industry throughout the world, which includes the chemical processing, petroleum, food processing, plant maintenance, metals and heat treating, transportation and marine markets. The company s full product line boiler gaskets, packings and tadpole tapes; fiberglass, ceramic and silica products; expansion joints, welding curtains and other specialties; and molded and extruded rubber parts. PARS Manufacturing is based in Ambler, Pa., and has been in business for more than 60 years.
