After calling for a taxi, we were not informed that the driver was waiting outside. My husband called to ask for the driver's direct line. Melanie responded with "HE IS ON HIS WAY!!!" & proceeded to hang up. He called back to ask for the number again and she gave it to him and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and she argued with me, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and hung up on me. I called from our hotel number, and she told me "no," when I asked to speak with a manager again and argued that she wasn't yelling and she had given the number. I will be posting this horrible experience with the Better Business Bureau and with my connections in the local news. The unprofessionalism is ridiculous and I suspect drug use. She didn't sound competent or coherent. I tried being respectful and nice but Melanie is a disrespectful employee with obviously no customer service experience.
well i was a vip custermer and i called to be picked up at the air port and he sowded up with the cab nice and clean and he knew here to go
This business is the best service I have ever had because when I called to get a ride they came 10min early so i was not late to work and also the cab was the cleanest and the drive treated me like I was family
Called for a taxi and was told 25 minutes, after 40 minutes I called to see what was the hold up guy gave me a bs story, waited 20 more minutes and called another taxi. WORST SERVICE EVER!
The boss picked me up and he was nasty and he had his son with him and he was a smartalec i will never ride with them again
It was a unexpected delight. The cab was clean, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and the dispatcher gave me an honest estimation of the wait time. The driver arrived within 10mins, 5 mins faster than expected. After a smooth ride and good conversation he helped me with my luggage. I recommend this service and suggest you ask if Buck is available.
