I took a brand new expensive cocktail dress to be dry cleaned. They ruined the dress then avoided talking to me for a month. Somehow they sent it to the other store and the employee at the other store was rude and combative. I will never take any sort of dry cleaning or laundry to either of these locations again. Terrible service and rude people.
