Perfect alteration of tanning suit. Would recommend to anyone needing alterations done on thier clothing.

Very disappointing! I will NOT go back! They ruined my daughter's prom dress. I took the top in for a simple alteration of the neck. They did not alter the neck, they just replaced the beautiful hook and eye closure with some hideous snaps further down the neck. It looks awful! And, I paid $30 for it!! Unacceptable!!

My very first time to use them 4 shirts had a notch cut into the left cuff in the exact same spot and 2 shirts had a hole poked through the cuff. They are trying to "repair" it, so we'll see what happens. I can't imagine that either will be repairable without being incredibly noticeable, but I'll see how it looks. If there's no satisifaction or relief, then I'll update my review. If they happen to surprise me and "fix" it, then I'll update my stars.

I was really pleased with the alterations on my daughter's prom dress. They did excellent work and on time too.

Terrible Customer service. They damaged an article of clothing of mine and then said it was not their fault it got damaged. The manager yelled at me on the phone and said very rude things to me such as just throw it way then and if you want your money then just sue me. I will NEVER recommend Connie's Alterations and dry cleaners to anyone. I have NEVER been treated so terrible in my life. That is the worst example of customer service you can give. I did file a complaint with the BBB today reguarding the situation.
