Alvarado High School offers a variety of academic and co-curricular programs to students. It has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12. It has various clubs that include the Future Business Leaders of America and the National Honor Society. It also has other clubs that include peers leaders, speech, jazz band, drama and orchestra. The school offers a wide range of subjects, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, American history, and health and physical education. It organizes special classes that include general and instrumental music, painting and hobby classes, and arts and crafts. The school additionally organizes a variety of co-curricular programs, including article writing and newspaper reading competitions. The organization is located in Alvarado, Texas, and is affiliated with the Alvarado Independent School District.
