Whether it's whole hog, whole shoulder or the bone-in pork butts we smoke on-site every night, Carolina barbecue starts with real hickory wood. And authentic flavor can't be rushed, so we cook low and slow for up to 14 hours serving you barbecue that's worthy of our Carolina inspiration. Every sandwich is hand-pulled or sliced to order giving you that deep-down smoky flavor. Scratch-made sides, headlined by "Simply the World's Greatest Baked Beans," hand-rolled hushpuppies and your choice of creamy or vinegar coleslaw are prepared daily by our True Q Team who are quick to offer guests their favorite suggestions.
