Extremely knowledgeable and helpful to someone, like myself, that is new to the hobby. First time going into the store and I had lots of questions on different items and he devoted over a half an hour of his time to make sure I knew everything that I needed to know. I loved that I was not pressured into buying anything and when I found what I wanted, there was no up selling at all. I would recommend anyone stopping by because this is truly a great place, great selection and very helpful owner.
