I love the doctor that I see in the practice. He always remembers me and is very thorough on instructions for my eye care. He'll even write the directions (2x daily...Before bed...etc) on the eye drop packaging. He is the reason I've stayed at the practice for 16 years. However, the service of the eyewear department....absolutely terrible. I wear daily contacts because of my allergies with my eyes. On multiple occasions, they've given me the incorrect prescription. Not even a close prescription, it makes me wonder how that would not be caught. I have gotten to North Carolina on vacation and realized my prescription was incorrect from brand new boxes I had picked up from them and had to wear my glasses through a week of splashing in the pool and riding roller coasters with my children. Needless to say, I have to triple check ALL information that department handles.
