Had a great experience here! The nurses were awesome, the technology was up to date and very user friendly (they had a program I could access from home to see the treatment I had that day...Botox) and there were a bunch of rewards clubs that saved me money on my injections. I was there for Botox, mommy's little helper, if you will. The physician was really knowledgable and gave me a lot of feedback about how best to approach my lines over the course of time. The injection was quick, and I did it sitting right in the chair, so no time to get really anxious. Of course, the nurse did give me these sweet little blue squeeze balls to occupy me. So, cost was great, nurses were great and doc was great. 5 stars.

I am a recently released patient of Dr Louton's. I had a reduction surgery. I am very pleased with the surgery itself. Dr Louton's nurses and secretarial staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident with your decision to have a procedure done. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse on the day of my surgery. She was wonderful!! (and under anesthesia, I'm not the easiest patient to handle) However Dr Louton is a different story. Don't get me wrong, he is a wonderful surgeon and he is good at what he does, but thats just it, he's good and he knows it. He comes in and quickly does your exam and it just seems to me like he wants to get in and out of the room and on to the next patient as soon as possible. The day of my surgery he just came in and asked me if I was ready and then stopped talking. I wasn't very nervous and was extremely ready to have my procedure done, but If I was a patient who was still uneasy or extremely nervous I might have backed out of my decision at that point based on his bed side manor. So I guess it comes down to one of two things. Do you want the surgeon who is very good but does not have the bed side personality to match. Or someone who has terrific bed side manor and maybe not the skills to match? Its everyone's personal choice. But I will admit, if I ever need to have any other cosmetic surgery, Blair Plastic is where I will go.
