The digestive organs include the esophagus, stomach, small Intestine, colon, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. We are conveniently located in Altoona, Pennsylvania and offer a full range of services from office visits to specialty services. Our on-site ambulatory surgical facility permits patients to have procedures completed in-house without needing to travel to the hospital. We are the premier Gastroenterology facility between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg and are proud to offer our region exceptional, personalized, compassionate care.

Had great service from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Everyone I had dealings with was pleasant and efficient. Made me feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Dr DeFrancisco was extremely nice and professional. Sure beats going to the hospital to have this procedure (colonoscopy) done. I'd highly recommend BGA to anyone.

Very upset that the office personnel write pop up notes on telephone callers without really knowing who they are speaking with. My character was slammed in a pop up and I refuse to go there under any circumstances. Be careful of the staff.
