Used them 3 times. First time was excellent, second time was OK, but 3rd time was totally unacceptable. Dropped dog off in the morning and wanted to pick up when I got back to alto but owner held my dog hostage until one of their designated pickup times. When the time arrived I was told I had to pay for a 2 day stay or I would not get my dog back.
