This service is provided in the individual's home, the provider provides supportive supervision when the primary caregiver is away. This is a systematic way to provide respite care for desiring consumers by providing a period of rest for full time caregivers. Divine was created to meet the needs and desires of the consumers of Developmental Services. This is a temporary service. Companion Service Provided in the individual's home or out in the community participating in community activities of the individual choice. This service is limited to the amount and scope of the services in the individual plan. Provide household activities such as meal preparation, laundry, vacuuming and routine house hold cleaning provided by a trained homemaker. The intent is to ensure the individual home environment is clean, safe and sanitary. All services are scoped in the support plan.
