Dont let the below review dictate their service. This is why they offer a warranty, the customer below should have tried to work something out with the business. Being in a similar business it is difficult to make everyone happy. With that being said, I have used Elite and couldnt be happier.

Nice guys, but my transmission was installed in Feb. 2011, and has been back 3 times for repairs. Once it would not go in reverse, and twice it would slipped at stop lights, then lurched forward. All three times I had to borrow a car to get around because it took them 2-3 days to make the repairs.. Now it is doing the same thing and I will have to rent a car this time. I realize that transmissions are hard to work on, but I bought a new transmission and maybe it is time to replace this one and not keep repairing it. I have just decided not to take it back to Elite for repairs this time even though it is still under warantee.
