Terrible experience at this location. I won't ever shop here again. These people are not experts; they are people who are paid to talk you into buying expensive, frumpy bras that feel very much like something you had to borrow from your grandmother. When I complained about inaccurate measurements and poor service, I was offered a 20% off coupon. Why? So I could go buy more things that didn't fit because some alleged "expert" with a tape measure around her neck could get it right? When I tried these too-large bras on and complained about the way they felt, I was told that's because of the high quality and different coverage of the Soma merchandise. No thanks. At any discount this is no bargain.
