Service on 4/5/16. My driver not only got to me 20 minutes early but he helped diagnose the problem and referred me to a repair service that he'd been using for years and they took very good care of me too. I receive a discount for using his referral with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

Wish that zero stars was an option.



Waited three and a half hours for a tow, being told "just another half hour" everytime we called. Then THEY cancelled my request. Still currently on the side of 85. Thanks, guy.

I'd scheduled a tow service, rather than a jump first, with my insurance company, due to the fact it was the day before Christmas eve, and my mechanic would not be open till the following Monday. The driver took the time to ask if I'd tried a jump, which I had not. He did that first, and it started. He then took the time to recommend a model of autostarter, and explained why my battery had probably drained. On top of that, he was great with my son, who is 4 and was entranced by the tow truck. He was also very quick to get there. Great service, great driver - could not be happier. Please continue to use them.

They picked up my car and took it to my mechanic,and picked it up from my mechanic, brought it back home,timing was excellent. Under an hour.I was very pleased and would definitely recommend.

I would have chosen 0 if that was an option. Called and still waiting after 2 1/2 hrs. You can't get a person the phone - goes to voicemail and no one calls you back.

This company is VERY unprofessional and a rip off. I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone. I had an appointment through my insurance company to pick up my car between 9-9:30 am on a Friday. I received a text message at 8am with an ETA at 9:03am. NO ONE EVER CAME OR CALLED. I called the office at 9:45 and they stated they would have the driver call me. The driver never called. I called back at 10:03 and they stated they were not coming because no one answered the phone when they called. Needless to say, they texted the CORRECT number but called the INCORRECT number. Go figure. If the driver had ANY SENSE AT ALL, he would have called the number he texted which I provided as my contact number. They did not even have any sympathy or attempt to reschedule my pickup. They are VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate. Obviously he doesn't need the service or the money since they acted as if they could care less whether or not my car was towed. I will also file a complaint with my insurance company in hopes that they will cancel their contract with this company. I pay too much in insurance to have terrible customer service.

They picked up my car. They weren't sure if the address they were to drop it off to was correct, then when dropping it off, they couldn't get me on the phone right away, so instead of taking 1 minute to walk up to the house and ring the bell to make sure they were at the correct address, THEY JUST DUMPED IT IN THE ROAD, then REFUSED to come back and deliver it correctly even though the driver was only ten minutes away. The driver hung up on me, then ignored my calls for help and then the owner yelled at me that it wasn't their fault and hung up on me 2 TIMES, telling me to recall my insurance company to place a new roadside assistance call. WOW, what great service angry and RUDE. I do NOT recommend these people.
