A+ service and great prices. I brought my laptop in for a virus removal and now my laptop works like the day I bought it. They actually went in and removed the viruses and spyware. Other places told me the only thing they could do for me was erase everything on my computer. This was not acceptable to me so I went to these guys. Not only was PC EMT able to keep ALL of my data, but now I don't get pop ups at all. They also hooked me up with a free diagnostics. Can't beat service from people who know what they are doing.

I accidentally dropped my laptop down a flight of stairs. It was destroyed...CD drive snapped in half, mouse unresponsive, battery was powerless and the outer-casing cracked. I immediately thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop that same day since I had to have one for work. I called PC-EMT 24/7 on a whim and they said they could help. I dropped it off in pieces at 2:00 PM and picked it up at 5:00 PM and it was COMPLETELY fixed...good as new, no issues at all. Only cost 100 bucks...simply unbeatable. The guys were extremely helpful and accommodating while remaining respectful that this was a time-sensitive job. The best customer service I have ever had. I saw three other customer's while I was in the store, all were amazed at the quality of service and the fair prices. Never felt like they were trying to sell me add-ons and services that I did not need.

Excellent customer service and work. I took my computer in on Feburary 5th to have a virus removed and they called on the 6th to say it was ready. When I picked it up they went through everything with me and installed virus protection free. Their charges are reasonable and they are friendly and extremely helpful.

Very Happy-I brought my computer in with 2 pins broken off the hard drive, and I despaired of ever getting my information back. PC EMT 24/7 was able to copy everything over to a new hard drive and fix my computer in less than 2 days. I was extremely pleased. The staff is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, and the repair cost was reasonable. Hopefully my computer won't have problems again for a while, but if it does, it's going to PC EMT 24/7.
