Merry Maids, Margaret and Ciera, did a terrific job cleaning my son and daughter-in-law's house today. We left early this morning to get the kids to camp and run errands, when we returned to the house, it looked clean and tidy. I could find no fault with these ladies. If we lived a little closer I would definitely hire Merry Maids.

Do not hire Merry Maids of Alpharetta. The cleaning was horrible so i cancelled after the first cleaning and asked them to send me my key back. They don't respond to emails so you have to keep after them. Then i find out that they sent my key to the wrong address. DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE or have empathy for the fact that they had sent my key to the wrong address. The service was horrible at all levels, as was the level of compentency. Don't hire them and for your own sake DO NOT GIVE THEM A KEY TO YOUR HOUSE!!!!
