From a guy who loves and takes care of his cars and trucks - I would never go anywhere but here. Scotty and Bobby are great. Scotty - the lead mechanic is absolutely phenomenal! If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic (And lets be real - they are difficult to come by!) Scotty is the guy you need to see. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to fix the issue. He, along with the rest of the staff at this Express Oil Change are always honest and will truly go above and beyond in customer satisfaction.
I have seen some of the reviews regarding $40 an oil change, yes is not the '$21 special' at other places, but other places will recommend 'fixes' that do not need to happen and will get you on other charges at the end of the day. These guys do an honest job, they check your car fully and will not lie to you about 'made up or fake' issues. They are all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been taking multiple cars to them for over 8 years and would NEVER go elsewhere. As I mentioned, finding an honest mechanic is beyond difficult! So if, after getting your oil changed by the knowledgeable and friendly, non pushy staff, they happen to find an issue you need to get checked out - I can guarantee that Scotty the lead mechanic will be honest with you in getting it fixed. Bobby the store manager is also a great guy and very much knows his stuff and the industry.
This place can do everything you would need mechanically - I go there for oil changes but they have also helped me with transmission issues, car body interior/exterior issues and even did an entire engine swap a couple years back for me!
Express Oil Change in Crabapple is by far the place to go if you want friendly and fast service and most importantly - honesty about an issue with you car and its issues if it is having any. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so. Thank you to Scotty, Bobby and the team there for everything they do!

I came here about a week ago to get an oil change. The service was reasonably priced and fast.

I was hesitant to get major repairs done at an "oil change" repair shop. I took a leap of faith and had my brakes done. The crew did such an awesome job! They did the work in the time stated, answered all of my questions and had a professional demeanor. SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST AN OIL CHANGING PLACE!! I own a 2006 dodge magnum RT which has a 5.7 v8 engine that suffered catastrophic failure at 104,000 miles. It required me changing out the entire engine! A v8 hemi engine is no simple engine to just switch out! The guys here at express oil change in crabapple did this job! It involved removing the entire engine and replacing it with a brand new one. Installing it completely and all the hard work and labor that goes along with it! Jeremy the owner, is one of the most amazing people I have ever met! He undertook this massive project with the service tech manager, Scott! I cannot believe the honesty and amazing service of this place! They completely helped me out and saved my car! I work in customer service myself and know how people can go above and beyond, these guys went WAY MORE than above and beyond to take care of me, I truly am blown away! They were so honest, so helpful, so knowledgeable! You MUST take your cars here!

If you want great service, these guys deliver it! I use to take my vehicles to the dealer but after using Express for my oil changes I started using them for my service repairs also.
