I went to this company in response to a phone call for a particular position. I completed the paperwork and then was told that my resume would get forwarded to the supervisor in need of call center personnel. I received a call back from the Owner/ Staffing Specialist at the last minute to schedule an interview but I had other plans. She instructed me that she would get back and never did. I thought it was rather uncouth of her to not follow up with me, even after I had sent her email for an update. Seems to be the norm for some of the employment placement services that I've encountered. Not good business practice to say the least. Temping was so much more pleasurable back in the day. The people at the placement companies cared for their employees.
