My hubby ordered a big arrangement for my bday and requested for it to be delivered in the AM for me (I got to work a half day on my birthday). They said they would try but couldn't guarantee delivery even though he ordered it well before my birthday. He spent quite a bit of money and he thought the no guarantee was pretty ridiculous (the store was like 5 mins from my work). When my husband realized I still hadn't gotten the arrangement by 2pm he called them and was told it was out for delivery and would get to me by 5pm. He had to RUIN the surprise and tell me about the screw up. I called them and they told me that the delivery guy wasn't finished with the first delivery run, meaning they certainly COULD have delivered my arrangement by 2pm, AND they said it was STILL AT THE STORE! They lied to my husband telling him it was out for delivery. I had to go pick up my own arrangement. The girl at the store was rude on top of it. Thanks for ruining my birthday! Never again!!
