Food is great, I love Cracker Barrel but service sucks. Our waiter was very nice but every time we asked for anything extra he'd take forever to come back and whenever he did, he didn't have it and we had to ask him twice for everything, this was when they were not busy at all. Also we got charged for something that we didn't get, told the manager, she said she understood and said she'd take it off, still charged us for it. My boyfriend and I split the meal, we should've paid the same amount, she charged me more than him. I also applied there a bit ago, they were very rude about my hair being an unnatural color. The manager didn't even give me a chance, she walked up to me and said, verbatim "I'm not going to interview you with that hair." I realized that, but she completely blew me off. Extremely rude.
