Convergent Resources provides warehouse monitoring and recovery programs for the retail, health care, telecommunications, utilities, financial services, and cable and satellite industries. Through Commercial Receivable Management, it offers letter campaign and attorney collection services. The company provides first-party outsourcing and contingency collection services. In addition, Convergent Resources operates several call centers that employ more than 1,000 people.
