We brought the car in they claimed they fixed it and we had to bring it back 3 miles later the same day now the are claiming that they are fixing it and whaen we brought it back it sat there for 3 days then got moved and is now just sitting there and they are closed all the time

I unfortunately have had to visit JB's numerous times. They have always done an awesome job and had things completed quickly, even with out an appointment. Actually will be going back tomorrow to see if they can install my spark plugs I bought but family member too busy to put in for me. Two thumbs up guys. Keep up the great work!

i got ripped of bolts hanging out and paid for parts that where not installed
