I have to admit that Chuck Jacob's and I never met however, I made a mistake with my order(or the computer created an error) and I was concerned I was going to have to go an extra mile after I received the items to straighten it all out and still not have exactly what I needed. I sent Mr. Jacob an e-mail the same day explaining my mistake, and he did his best for me and it was fixed without any difficulty. I am sure most people can identify when mistakes have been made and trying to resolve them gives us severe headaches. The headaches were averted and I got exactly what I wanted without any trouble to me. Mr. Chuck Jacob's attention to SERVING the customer is second to none and I will look for his store first when I need or want sportsman products. I know Chuck Jacob is a man willing to serve me; the customer. as he will serve you too.
