My grandparents ordered a recliner 5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. They were told that it would take a month to receive on backorder from the factory, but it would arrive by the 15th. When the 15th came and went with no call from Ohio Furniture Mart, my grandma called again to be told that it was "on the truck and will be there by Monday." It's now a week later; no chair, no call - nothing, and my grandparents are out a few hundred bucks. They've been repeat customers for a few years now but no longer.

I've been a customer for over 10 years and have purchased furniture for just about every room in my house from Ohio Furniture Mart. I have had superior service and customer care.
