This service is a joke. They hound you to get the sale and then the follow through is horrible. They don't care about customer service and don't care if they keep your business. I am literally 2 minutes away from the Alliance, OH store and spent over $45,000 there over the last 16 months and they will nevcer get another penny from me no matter how desperate I am. My advice is spend your money where they care about people and customer satisfaction!
