Prior Coated Metals has been producing pre-coated sheets for more than a quarter of a century. During production, every effort is made to maintain the highest standard of quality. The major process operations, including cleaning, coating and baking, are carefully controlled by thoroughly trained operators using accurate equipment. At the end of the production line, final quality is checked by tests for film hardness, film thickness, color, gloss, bendability and adhesion. The company provides any color as long as customers give a sample of what is wanted. The company brings painted panels to customers for approval. Headquartered in Allentown, Pa., Prior Coated Metals employs nearly 65 people.
