I have no problem when I see my doctor during a regularly scheduled visit. However, if I call with a concern or question, I do not get to talk to a doctor; you only get voicemail. The nurses who listen to messages I leave do not call back with answers to questions or concerns in a timely manner. Visiting nurses have already called and the concerns (interaction between drugs prescribed) they had were not addressed either.
