We offer the same Title Insurance Rates & Fees as they are governed by the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, rates for title insurance premiums and endorsements should be the same, no matter the company you hire to protect your investments. These are mandated rates that must be used by all Title Insurance providers. Some providers may claim to offer a discount, but be aware that you may be paying for the "discount" with add-on fees. Be sure to ask for a detailed list of any applicable fees for a comparison of rate information.       The Title Insurance Process For purchases and refinancing is the same. We start by performing a title search, or abstract, in the local courthouse, which shows all public records associated with a piece of real estate. Then, we order tax certifications and prepare for closing. We work with you and your lender during the entire closing process. After closing is complete, we complete a settlement sheet and disburse funds. We then record the deeds and mortgages, after which we issue the title insurance policy for your real estate property.
