Great service, the drive thru is convenient, and they are open Saturdays.

I've used this cleaners about 2 1/2 yrs. In that time, I've had 3 incidents. 1st, they gave my husband someone else's pants... we returned those but they never found my husband's pants. The pants were inexpensive, so we let it go. Next, I lost a linen jacket... about a yr later, the store brings the item to me (with other cleaning I'd left recently)... saying they had misplaced it. It had been in the store for the past yr! (I had no idea it was there as I don't itemize what I leave). 3rd, they shredded the leg of a pair of my pants. They didn't mention it when I picked up the garment... when I took it back they said it didn't happen at their store. I sent an email to the store mgr (Vivian Salas) demanding pymt for the garment. Two wks later she called me stating she would make good for the garment. I've not heard from her since. The next stop is Small Claims Court. The people there are not responsible enough to take custody of other people's clothes. Use them only at your own peril.

I've been there customer for the past 10 years and I have never experienced any wrong doing . Staff is friendly prices are great.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE - at least if you want them back. We live very close to this cleaner and so we have taken our clothes there off and on. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they manage to lose or misplace our clothes or give our clothes to someone else (or try to give us someone else's clothes). We have had multiple incidents with them and even after giving them second, and third and fourth, chances, they still succeed in disappointing us everytime. The customer service is horrendous and they just don't seem to care. This last time they kept insisting that the clothes they tried to give me were mine - like I didn't know my own clothes! This place is a joke and a black eye on Allen businesses. I will NEVER go there again and I am telling everyone I can to stay away!
